Jason Sanders - Owner & Coach

Additional to Jason's various CrossFit Certifications and knowledge, he has a background that includes a variety of interests and skills, ranging from 13 years of law enforcement backgorund to coaching youth sports.

Sarah Turner - Coach

CrossFit Certifications: 

  • CrossFit Level 1

In addition to coaching at CrossFit Clash, Sarah has a passion for coaching cheerleading, tumbling and gymnastics with a speciality in preschool age children. She is a highly sought after professional with deep relationships in the community. She holds certifications from USA Gymnastics.

Geoff Cauble - Coach

Geoff has lived in Henry County over the last 25 years. When Geoff is not coaching, he serves as Vice-President and partner at Dimension One and is an active members of the community.

 

 

Callie Wallace - Coach

Callie has had a passion for Cheerleading since the age of 7. She also cheered competitively for 5 year and while attending Georgia College where she graduated with a degree in Marketing. Callie has been been invloved in Crossfit since 2014.

 

Melissa Hoover - Dietitian & Member

Melissa is the owner of Ignite Performance Nutrition, a private nutrition coaching practice, as well as a part-time outpatient dietitian at Piedmont Henry Hospital. In both settings, she specializes in nutrition counseling and mindful eating techniques with the unique needs and goals of each individual in mind. 

Melissa is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian (RD, LD) and holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics as well. With additional Certificates of Training in adult and adolescent weight management, she has been educating and counseling clients in hospital, outpatient, and public settings for over 12 years. 

Healthy living, lifestyle changes, weight loss, and performance nutrition for athletes and recreational exercisers are areas of great passion for her. She loves to be active, fuel well, and lift heavy things on a regular basis!

 

 

Justin Monsurd - Physical Therapist & Member

Justin received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2010. In 2011, Justin earned his Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist Certification through NSCA. He then went on to graduate from Mercer University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2015.

His practice focuses on the evaluation & treatment of orthopedic and sports medicine and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. Justin's mission is to help his patients feel better, move better and live better.

Justin is a former professional off-road and motocross athlete. While Justin is qualified to treat all athletes, he has a special interest in treating motocross, CrossFit athletes and Cyclists.
